Individual Psychotherapy
Support for emotional and behavioral challenges, at a pace that fits you.

A steady place to think out loud.
Therapy is a conversation with a purpose. Whether you are carrying anxiety, grief, a difficult transition, or something you have never quite found the words for, a therapist gives you a consistent hour where nothing else is required of you but to be present.
Our therapists come from different trainings, so the approach can match the person rather than the other way around. Together you will set goals that make sense to you, and check in on them as you go.
You do not need to know what you want to say before you arrive. Most people do not, at first.
