Biofeedback & Stress Management

Learn to recognize your body's stress response and influence it with a skilled practitioner alongside you.

Biofeedback & Stress Management

Notice the signal. Change the response.

Stress lives in the body as well as the mind: a tight jaw, a racing heart, a stomach that will not settle. Biofeedback is a non-invasive approach in which you learn to notice those signals and influence them, with a trained practitioner guiding you through the process.

Over time, the skills you practice become yours to use on a difficult morning, before a hard conversation, or on a night when sleep will not come. Biofeedback is often used alongside therapy or psychiatric care rather than instead of it.

Our founder built Hygeia around an integrated model in which traditional and complementary approaches sit side by side, and stress management has been part of that vision from the beginning.
