Seminars and Workshops

We offer individual and group sessions, plus special programs and workshops designed to foster personal growth and development. They are a low-pressure way to learn something useful and see whether our approach fits you.

What we cover

Topics our workshops are built around

Stress management

Practical, body-based skills for the moments when pressure builds, including how biofeedback approaches work.

Mind-body wellness

The relationship between physical signals and emotional state, and how to work with both.

Parenting and caregiving

Support for parents, grandparents, and caregivers carrying responsibility for someone else.

Personal growth

Programs designed to foster personal growth and development, in a group setting rather than one to one.

Understanding your options

What therapy, psychiatric care, and integrated wellness actually involve, explained without jargon.

Community conversations

Open sessions for local organizations, employers, and groups who want to talk honestly about mental health.

Schedule

Dates are shared by phone and email

We schedule workshops through the year, and dates, topics, and locations change. Rather than publish a static calendar that goes stale, we share the current schedule when you ask - so you always get accurate information, and you can tell us which topics you would like us to run.

If you represent an organization, school, or employer and would like us to run a session for your group, let us know. We are always glad to talk about it.

Looking for individual care instead?

Group programs supplement individual care rather than replacing it. If you would like to speak with a clinician about therapy or psychiatric care, our team can help you find the right fit.
