Behavioral Health & Wellness
Integrated, patient-centered emotional wellness services built around the whole person.

Wellness back in healthcare.
Hygeia was founded on a simple conviction: emotional and behavioral health belongs at the center of healthcare, not at the edge of it. Our integrated wellness model brings psychiatry, psychotherapy, and wellness coaching together under one roof so you are not handed from one office to the next.
We think about wellness in seven dimensions, the same seven that shape our name and our logo: social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and physical. Wholeness rarely comes from a single lever, so we look at your life as a whole and build support around what matters most to you.
Wellness coaching is available for parents, couples, families, grandparents, adolescents, teens, and young adults, and we offer individual and group sessions alongside special programs and workshops.
