Assisted Living Mental Health Services
Coordinated mental health care for assisted living residents and their facility teams.

Mental health support that comes to your residents.
Moving into assisted living changes daily life in ways that are rarely talked about: new routines, new roommates, the loss of a familiar neighborhood, and often a lifetime of accumulated grief. We built our assisted living service for those residents and for the staff who care for them.
Our clinicians provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy on site, and we coordinate directly with each facility's care team so that what we notice is shared with the people who see the resident every day. We also offer education and support to families and caregivers, because a resident's wellbeing depends on the network around them.
Every resident's plan starts from their own story, preferences, and needs, and every facility relationship begins with a conversation about what your residents actually require.
