Our services

Support for the whole of your life

Hygeia provides psychotherapy, psychiatry, and integrated behavioral health services for individuals, couples, families, children, teens, and older adults. Every service below is one we currently provide - and if you are unsure where you fit, we will help you work it out.

How care comes together

Three parts of one plan

Most people arrive needing more than one of these. Our clinicians talk to each other, so your psychiatrist knows what your therapist is seeing, and nobody makes you retell your story from the beginning.

Medical care

Psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management from our psychiatrists and psychiatric physician assistants.

Therapy and relationships

Individual, couples, family, child, and adolescent therapy, with approaches matched to the person rather than the other way around.

Wellness and community

Integrated wellness support, group programs and workshops, and community navigation through our Social Care Network work.

Find your path

Not Sure Where to Begin? We're Here to Help.

Choose what brings you here today. We will show you what that kind of support looks like at Hygeia and the simplest way to take the next step.

Therapy for adults and teens

Individual psychotherapy is a regular, private hour with a licensed therapist. Our clinicians work with depression, anxiety, grief, stress, work and career concerns, addiction and recovery, and conflict resolution.

Your next step

Request an appointment and tell us therapy is what you are looking for. Our staff will contact you to talk through the right fit.

This guide shares information about our services and how to reach us. It does not diagnose a condition or recommend treatment, and it is not a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified clinician.

You are in the right place

Help is available. Taking the next step is simple.

Send a request, or call and speak to a person. We will help you find the right clinician, explain what your insurance covers, and answer the questions you have not thought to ask yet.
