Garrett Cain is a Licensed Master Social Worker, working primarily with adults and teens. Being in the field of human services for eight years has given Garrett the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages who are encountering unique challenges. Whether it is helping teens, adults, or the LGBTQIA+ community navigate trauma and identity-related issues, Garrett builds relationships and helps clients identify their own strengths. It is his mission to offer a comfortable and safe space where, together, you work on growing and creating meaningful change at a pace right for you.

Garrett uses an eclectic blend of CBT and DBT values and skills with a strength-based, person-centered approach. This helps identify and address how thoughts affect your emotions and experiences, while also looking at the positive aspects of your life and abilities. During treatment, you will prioritize self-exploration and process past traumas to help you heal and develop skills.
