My experience spans a wide range of mental health concerns and developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges. I use trauma-informed, strengths-based, and evidence-based approaches to support individuals in achieving their personal and emotional goals.
